Lyca Gairanod in MMK

MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN’s Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) will inspire televiewers tonight as it retells the life story of the first-ever The Voice Kids grand champion Lyca Gairanod (photo). The young singing champ will portray herself in the episode. Witness all the trials Lyca had to go through to achieve her dreams and discover how she strived to give her family a better life.

Joining Lyca in the episode are Malou de Guzman, Ronnie Lazaro, EJ Jallorina, Kokoy de Santos, Amy Nobleza, Jahren Estorque, Ian Galliguez, Marney Lapuz, Pepe Herrera and Che Ramos. The episode is written by Benson Logronio and Arah Jell Badayos. MMK is aired Saturday nights at 8 after The Voice Kids.
