The MTV VJ Hunt is onthehomestretch

The search took a long time and a lot of miles. MTV Pinoy started the hunt last June and even traveled to Pam- panga, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and around Metro Manila. Nothing was spared to find the talented young people who would be worthy of the title of MTV VJ. Thousands heard the call and came to show off their stuff. But only eight made the grade.

And here they are, the eight finalists currently in the process of taking on the various challenges posed by MTV and hopeful that they would be able to earn the public’s vote and emerge the winners. Two, who can be male and female or both girls or both boys will be declared the new MTV VJs. Their names will be announced at the 2014 MTV VJ Hunt Finals Night which will be held on Oct. 3, 7:30 p.m. at the Le Pavillon in Pasay City.

The Hunk DJ Christopher William Schneider (MTVVJSCHNEIDER), known only as Schneider, is a gym buff, model and radio DJ of Monster Radio. He plays football and MMA and likes dancing and singing in the shower.

Mister Charm Mikey Regala (MTVVJMIKEY) is a student athlete, judo champ and entrepreneur who likes sports, singing, reading, playing video games and agriculture.

The Boy Next Door Anton Mercado (MTV- VJANTON) is a management graduate and an entrepreneur who wants to get into show business. He practices taekwondo and plays basketball and is studying to be a DJ.

The Musician Kito Romualdez (MTVVJKITO) is a singer and composer who has released his debut album. He is into food and fitness. He comes from Canada and also likes acting and investing.

The Sporty Girl Erika Westly (MTVVJERIKA) is a student who likes football, reading, videogames, painting and singing in the shower.

The Bubbly Chick Sarah Edwards (MTVVJSAR- AH) is into singing, reading, traveling, playing video games and trying out and appreciating dif- ferent cuisine.

The Beauty Queen Carla Lizardo (MTVVJ- CARLA) is a TV host who likes playing badmin- ton, going to the gym, listening to music, reading, make-up, movies, discovering new restaurants and hosting.

Pretty Sweetheart Aryanna Epperson (MTV- VJARYANNA) is a student and blogger who likes music, baking, reading traveling, blogging, playing the guitar and the ukulele and cats.

Catch them as they go through the final rounds of the VJ Hunt on MTV Pinoy. Then help your fa- vorite win by texting your vote. If you prove lucky, you might even win prizes. The finalist with the most text votes will win P50,000 cash while 20 texters will win

Who are eligible to qualify and join, he/she must be a Globe Prepaid subscriber. TM and Post- paid subscribers can vote but are not qualified for the raffle.

How to register for the raffle:

Subscribers have to register to validate their entries for the raffle.

Registration is one-time and free of charge. Only one name per number is allowed but a user may register his name many times using several mobile numbers.
