Discovering their Star Power styles
MANILA, Philippines - The much-awaited Mega birthday is just a few nights away. That’s why tonight, ABS-CBN’s Star Power mounts a big birthday surprise for the ultimate mentor, Sharon Cuneta.
“Wish ko para sa aming nag-iisang mentor, siyempre, ay more success at happiness. Nasa kanya na po halos ang lahat. Siguro po ang mahihiling ko na lang talaga ay yung magpatuloy ang masaya at peaceful niyang buhay,” said Angeline Quinto.
Another gift that is sure to make Sharon happy is the Star Power girls’ preparedness to enter the glamorous world of show business. To fulfill it, first, they must possess a distinct sense of style. This time, stylist Bang Pineda teaches the girls how to create their trademark look.
After a few rigorous sessions with Pineda, the Star Power 6 established what unique image and style they would like to portray. Recognize the girls through their trademark titles — Ninay Lescano, the Redhead Pop Punkstar; Akiko Solon, the Sweet and Sexy Siren; K-La Rivera, the R&B Sweetheart; Monica Sacay, the Charming Biritera; Angeline, the Pop Belter; and Krissel Valdez, the Soulful Diva.
The contenders once again face UP Prof. Kitchie Molina for another vocal training. Plus, the one-and-only Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla is back as guest judge.
