Gossip versus fact: That’s entertainment in Valencia lecture

MANILA, Philippines - “Towards a More Responsible Entertainment Media” will be discussed by Nestor Cuartero, Tempo entertainment editor/Manila Bulletin columnist tomorrow, March 21, in the 26th Teodoro F. Valencia Lecture Series on Journalism and Mass Communication.

The lectures are held at the T.F. Valencia Media Study Center, T.M. Kalaw Rizal Park, from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and sponsored by the Philippine Trust Company, Lorenzo Tan of (RCBC), Smart Communication, Land Bank of the Phil., Security Bank Corp., Metrobank Foundation, Inc., GMA 7 Network, Inc., Manila Electric Company, BPI, BDO, San Miguel Corp., Ayala Corp. and Wilson Ng.

Students and teachers of journalism and mass communication are again looking forward to a lively discussion which characterizes the lectures and open forum in the Valencia lecture. The lectures are now on its seventh week and will end on March 28.
