RCR a pillar of RLC’s “Vision 5-25-30” roadmap

Robinsons Land [RLC 12.20 ?0.3%; 397% avgVol] [link] revealed a new plan it calls the “Vision 5-25-30” roadmap, which aims to use “5 strategic moves to deliver P25 billion in net income by its 50th anniversary in 2030 through bold, structured growth initiatives.” The second of the five listed “moves” is to “unlock capital through active asset monetization”, which RLC explains will involve “leveraging its successful REIT platform, RCR... to recycle capital through property infusions and strategic share sales.”

  MB BOTTOM-LINE:  Their specific mention of RCR and the property-for-share swap implies (to me) that they’ve got the fever for the flavor. Of course, by “flavor,” I mean growing RCR’s dividend through dividend-accretive share swaps with RLC and other Gokongwei affiliates.
