Stateland starts 2016 with 3 new projects

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Stateland Inc. continues to live up to its mission to be a leader in providing affordable quality homes and well-developed communities as it welcomes the new year with three major developments.

The real estate developer is now selling units in Phase 3 of Gran Avila. These units are located relatively near the main open space facility of the community. It continues to lure homebuyers in this Calamba, Laguna project with a wide range of units to choose from such as one- story and two-story single attached units, and townhouses bundled with budget-friendly price packages.

Stateland is now also a contributor in the housing needs of Batangas. Its Avila Heights townhouse community in Sto. Tomas town offers a decent, modern yet tranquil lifestyle to young business professionals with its 46-square meter townhouse and to start-up families with its 64-sqm townhouse unit. These townhouses are ideal for those seeking the comforts of a home outside the bustling city lights and traffic of Metro Manila.

The company is likewise relaunching Summer Crest Village. Situated in Brgy. Sahod Ulan, in Tanza, Cavite, the village aims to cater to the housing needs of workers in Tanza, a town hosting various industrial parks. The development is also near educational institutions, community centers and recreational resorts, making it a suitable home especially for workers who want less travel time to work. Summer Crest Village will be offering socialized housing units with a floor area of 21 sqm and lot areas ranging from 35 sqm to 55 sqm. It will also be equipped with a guarded entrance gate and a playground park.
