PNB offers low rates on housing loans

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine National Bank (PNB) has resumed offering one of the lowest home loan rates with its Happy New Home! Happy Low Rates! promo. It is offering a special 7.77-percent, five-year fixed rate or the first-year fixed rate of 5.55 percent. Low rates are also available for two, three, four, 10, 15 and 20 years. Aside from the purchase of residential house and/lots, PNB Home Loan can also be used to purchase condominium units, home repairs, renovation, construction, and even refinancing of existing home loans with other banks or loan agencies. All applications received from January to March 14, 2012 are entitled to the special promo rates. Interested individuals may apply through any PNB or Allied Bank branch.
