FLI bares growth plans for 2024

MANILA, Philippines — Gotianun–led property developer Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) gears up for growth with a slew of projects set for launch and completion this year.

FLI said it intends to retain its dominant position as the leader in medium-rise building (MRB) projects by launching four new projects nationwide and 10 additional buildings of existing projects this year.

In addition to the MRBs, the company has pipelined 14 horizontal residential projects.

FLI said it focuses on projects that have short construction periods to minimize construction risks.

Its projects are geographically diversified and can be found in 22 provinces across the country.

“FLI’s business strategy has placed emphasis on the development and sale of residential lots and housing units mainly to lower and middle-income markets which accounts for approximately 50 percent of total demand throughout the Philippines as its core,” the company said.

FLI said this business segment includes landed housing, MRB and high-rise condominium projects, residential farm estates, entrepreneurial communities and leisure developments in response to the demands of the Philippine market.

In terms of the leasing business, the Filinvest group also continues the build-up of its office and retail leasing portfolio to generate recurring revenues.

Included in its pipeline expected to be completed this year are nine office spaces located in Alabang, Makati, Quezon City, Cebu, Dumaguete and Clark Mimosa and a mall in Dumaguete.

FLI has also started the leasing operations of its first dormitel, “The Crib” in Clark Mimosa and its industrial park in New Clark City.

The Filinvest Innovation Park in Filinvest New Clark City also recently marked the official turnover of a ready-built factory to StB GIGA.

The handover signifies the commencement of StB GIGA’s move-in process, paving the way for their lithium iron phosphate battery manufacturing facility within the industrial park.

The ready-built factory unit encompasses 5,000 square meters of Grade-A modern industrial space, designed for seamless integration and immediate operational use by businesses.

FLI said the state-of-the-art facilities, coupled with Filinvest New Clark City’s strategic location and advanced infrastructure, create an ideal environment for StB GIGA to establish an EV battery production hub.
