MANILA, Philippines — Honda Cars Philippines Inc. (HCPI) has launched a flagship store on the virtual mall of e-commerce platform Lazada to allow customers to purchase vehicle reservation vouchers.

In a statement, HCPI said customers can now buy vehicle reservation vouchers for select Honda models through Honda’s flagship store on LazMall.

Customers can use the reservation vouchers at 22 HCPI dealerships located in Pangasinan, Ilocos Norte, Baliuag, Quezon City, Manila, Greenhills, Alabang, Global City, Makati, Pasig, Shaw, Manila Bay, San Pablo, Calamba, Lipa, Rizal, Carmona, Cebu, Cagayan, Iloilo, Mandaue and Negros Occidental.

With this move, customers would have less need to visit dealerships, minimizing the risk of getting and spreading the coronavirus disease.

Customers can avail of exclusive discounts and promos during Lazada’s special sale events.

For the upcoming 11.11 sale, Honda and Lazada would be raffling off one new Honda City 1.5 S CVT.

The Honda LazMall flagship store will soon be offering genuine vehicle parts, accessories, and other merchandise.

“We are glad to have this partnership with Lazada. Through this new online flagship store on LazMall, we are able to further expand our online presence and reach as we provide customers with a more convenient and safer car purchase solution as we continuously transition to the new normal brought by the pandemic,” HCPI president Masahiko Nakamura said.

HCPI recently opened a dealership in Tagum City in Davao del Norte, bringing its total nationwide dealership count to 35.

HCPI also serves customers through its online dealership or virtual showroom at www.hondaphil.com.
