Bria Homes holds nationwide Grand Open House on January 25-26

MANILA, Philippines — Bria Homes kicks off the new decade with a Grand Open House on Jan. 25 and 26, which will simultaneously showcase its well-designed model homes in all of its projects nationwide.

On Jan. 25, the Grand Open House will welcome prospective Filipino homeowners with the grand launch of the Pambansang Pabahay Campaign. Leisurely viewing will continue until Jan. 26, with more than 50 Bria communities open to guests all day.

Visitors can check out Bria’s model units: Elena, a 24-square-meter unit on a 36-sqm lot; Bettina, a 44-sqm unit on a 36-sqm lot; and Alecza, a 36-sqm unit on an 81-sqm lot; plus Bria’s compact condominium model units designed for those who prefer comfortable, fuss-free lifestyles.

During the Grand Open House, Bria Homes will also highlight its upcoming projects—seven new communities spread across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao: in Alaminos, Pangasinan; Pililla, Rizal; Montalban, Rizal; Naga, Camarines Sur; Danao, Cebu; Cagayan de Oro; and Maco, Davao de Oro.
