Ayala Land launches Circuit Makati Corporate Center Two

MANILA, Philippines - BPO firms can take advantage of the prime location of Ayala Land’s latest office tower in the emerging district, Circuit Makati.

The Circuit Makati Corporate Center Two is Ayala Land Inc.’s (ALI) latest office offering in Makati City adding approximately 25,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area (GLA). The 17-storey tower will be PEZA-accredited making it an ideal home for multinationals and BPO companies looking to grow their business.

This is the second office project that ALI has launched within Circuit Makati further completing the offerings of Circuit Makati, a 22-hectare mixed-use development in partnership with Philippine Racing Club Inc. (PRCI), envisioned to be Makati City’s lifestyle and entertainment district.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by executives from ALI and PRCI led by Ayala Land president and CEO Bobby Dy and PRCI chairman Santiago Cua, Jr. They were joined by real estate brokers Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers.

The Corporate Center is targeted to be completed by 4th quarter of 2016.
