SM’s Pico de  Loro Cove development in full swing

Pico De Loro Cove, the first of the 13 coves of Hamilo Coast, the eco-tourism project of SM Investments Corp. in Nasugbu, Batangas, is currently undergoing full blast development.

Jacana, the first residential condo cluster of Pico de Loro Cove which was launched in May 2007, is 80 percent sold as of end September 2007.  Construction is currently in full swing with target completion of these two buildings with 240 units in the third quarter of 2008.

Following its mid-September 2007 launch, month-end unit sales of Myna, the second residential condo cluster in Pico De Loro Cove, have also been brisk and have reached 30 percent of total inventory of 240 units.

Scheduled to be launched in November this year is the Pico De Loro Beach & Country Club which will feature three recreational facilities – the Beach Club, the Country Club, and the Outdoor Eco-adventure area.  

Paramount Hotels & Facilities Management Inc. was recently appointed to manage the Pico De Loro Beach & Country Club. Paramount was established in 1997 as the first all-Filipino property management company to introduce internationally accepted hospitality industry standards to the local property market.

Paramount specializes in property management, encompassing hotel management, food and beverage operations, and restaurant franchising. Furthermore, the Paramount team also forms the core of Microtel Inns & Suites (Pilipinas) Inc., the Philippine master franchisor of the Microtel Inns & Suites brand. Microtel Inns & Suites currently has six branches in the Philippines.

Construction of the beach club is ongoing with target completion in the third quarter of 2008. Construction of the country club will commence in the first quarter of 2008 and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2009.

Pico de Loro Cove and the other coves at Hamilo Coast feature some of the most beautiful beaches and untouched scenery that rivals not only other scenic locations in the country, but also that of the rest of the world.

Pico Point, Pico De Loro Cove’s onsite guest and sales pavilion, with its tropical contemporary architecture, has opened its doors to prospective buyers and guests.
