‘Bakbakan’ 9-stag finale set tomorrow

MANILA, Philippines — The FIGBA Bakbakan Early Bird 9-Stag Derby, which attracted 2, 513 entries, winds to a close with the much-anticipated grand finals to be held simultaneously in various venues tomorrow.

In Luzon, 4-stag finales unfold at Jaycee Clay Sports Complex (Isabela), Candon Cockpit (Ilocos Sur), Bacolor Cockpit Arena (Pampanga), Malvar Cockpit (Batangas),  Blue Mountain Sports Arena (Rizal), Manila Cockers Club (Cavite UCBA) and Camalig Cockpit (Bicol). Finalists of Visayas converge at Gallera de Mandaue (Cebu), New Negros Coliseum (Negros Occidental),  Valencia Cockpit (Dumaguete) and Iloilo Coliseum.

Mindanaoans collide at Gusa Sports Complex (Cagayan de Oro) and Alixandra Sports Center (Zamboanga).
