Cariaso also named Alaska assistant coach

MANILA, Philippines – Jeff Cariaso is doing multiple roles in his Alaska return as he has also been tapped to join coach Alex Compton’s staff.

Cariaso, who had just parted ways with the Barangay Ginebra team, was earlier named basketball director for the Alaska Basketball Powercamp, Jr. NBA and Jr. WNBA.

“I’m truly grateful for this chance to come home to the company that helped develop my basketball career. I’m glad to be back,” said Cariaso, an integral part of the 1996 Alaska grand slam team.
