Ace triathlete trains in Lanao

MANILA, Philippines - Multi-awarded Filipina triathlete Elsie Langit is in Tubod, Lanao del Norte to train in her multi-discipline sport and maintain her competitive edge over her rivals.

She now trains daily at the Mindanao Civic Center (MCC) Sports Complex in Tubod.

“This is a really nice place. It’s away from any distractions and pretty inexpensive compared to Manila. The training facilities are also excellent here at MCC-Lanao del Norte,” Langit said.

Triathlon is a multi-sport event composed of swimming, biking and running.
