Hello Kitty visits Robinsons Malls

MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Malls is set to bring everyone a barrel of happiness and excitement with its newest set of activities entitled “Carnival Fun with Hello Kitty” on March 28 to April 26. This event is in partnership with Great Gifts Sales and Licensing International Corporation, the official licensing and distribution agent of Sanrio and Gift Gate in the Philippines. Toys R Us and Toybox are the official retail partners of this event. 

“This set of activities in our malls is our way of providing a great venue for everyone to relive the nostalgia, color and delight of Hello Kitty, the brand that has remained popular since its Philippine debut in the late ‘70s. Up to today, Hello Kitty continues to endear herself to her loyal followers as well as to young children,” says Eunice Gonzales, Robinsons Malls marketing communications director.

Hello Kitty spells wholesome fun, loving and harmonious life. She was established as a star character and corporate symbol for Sanrio, a worldwide designer and distributor of character-branded merchandises founded in 1960 by the ingenious and talented Shintaro Tsuji. Since then, Hello Kitty has become a stellar global brand and a household icon in almost all corners of the world.

Visit Carnival Fun with Hello Kitty at Robinsons Galleria (Saturday, March 28), Robinsons Metro East (Sunday, March 29), Robinsons Place Dasmarinas (Saturday, April 4), Robinsons Place Imus (Sunday, April 5), Robinsons Place Lipa (Sunday, April 19), Robinsons Starmills Pampanga (Saturday, April 25) and Midtown at Robinsons Place Manila (Sunday, April 26). Admission is free.   

Carnival Fun with Hello Kitty activities will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., while the Hello Kitty meet and greet session runs every day from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at these selected Robinsons Malls nationwide.

Sanrio followers and mall shoppers can also drop by the Hello Kitty selling stations to score unique and adorable Hello Kitty and Sanrio merchandise and novelty items.
