Staying high and dry

The wet weekend did not stop the ladies from going out and having a grand time. The ladies let down their hair, looking long and relaxed. The calming and cooling rain was also a great opportunity for them to wear above-the-knee skirts to show off their boots. Also noticeable were the fuss-free outfits, choosing only the right accessories to add an “oomph” factor, such as scarves and handbags.   

Club Bureau celebrated two events in one night: an exclusive sneak peak of the club and, at the same time, the birthday celebration of Say Alonzo, Ria Reyes and Luke Jickain. Club Bureau, located at A.Venue on Makati Avenue, is the new must-see destination in the metro. It was a night of downpours: an interesting mix of fashionistas, showbiz personalities and clubbers formed a dynamic crowd. With the addition of Club Bureau to the circuit, expect more excitement to come.

Mela De Luna
Mela wears a tank top from Mango, skinny jeans from Lee, and shoes and a bag from Singapore. Simple but funky is her default clubbing outfit. She is the style editor of Manual magazine.

Paloma Esmeria
Paloma wears a dress from People are People and shoes from Aldo. Her bag is from LV. She got her accessories in Bangkok.

Charmaine Palermo
Charmaine wears a dress by Charina Sarte, carries a silver bag from Dorothy Perkins, and sports black patent shoes from Aldo, a silver ring from Mango, and a black long necklace that was a gift from a friend. This fashion stylist describes her style as disco rock. The black and silver stripes of the dress say it all.

Jastine Verjan
The bubble dress was bought online at cabsand-evescloset. multiply.com, the shoes are from People Are People, and the bag is from Syrup. She accessorizes it with gold loop earrings and a beaded necklace from XOXO. Jastine is a medical student.

Ria Reyes
The managing director of Big Picture Productions, Ria wears a dress made by Kat Sy, shoes and accessories from Thailand. Her style peg is Hilary Duff in her effortless yet sophisticated little black dress.
