Resorts World Manila wins multiple HAPA awards

MANILA, Philippines - As early in its two years of operations, Resorts World Manila (RWM) has already garnered awards for its hospitality services. It lives up to its “Real Winner” slogan — its driving force in boosting Filipino talent to world-class standards.

As a result, the RWM recently bagged multiple citations in the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA) held in Singapore.

RWM’s all-suite luxury hotel Maxims Tower was recognized by HAPA as the overall Best in Asia for Service Excellence, Best in the Philippines for Service Excellence, Best 5 in Asia for Signature Serviced Residences, and Best 10 in Asia for Concierge.

The HAPA event was attended by over 500 leaders of the hospitality industry in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. 

The HAPA is an award-giving body which recognizes the crème de la crème of the hospitality industry. It aims to give recognition to individuals and establishments that excel in raising the standards of hospitality.
