Missoni partners with Havaianas

MANILA, Philippines - This summer, a world fashion event is happening right at your feet. Two iconic brands, Havaianas and Missoni, have come together to create a unique collection, full of bold colors and vitality.

A world-renowned Italian luxury fashion house, Missoni’s partnership with Havaianas, one of the world’s most prominent names in casual fashion, defines a unique and exciting meeting of icons. Brazil, the home of Havaianas, imbibes the joyful and colorful lifestyle which is symbolic of the imagery and taste of Missoni.

 “I love Havaianas and they are flip-flops that I collect and like to wear. So, as soon as I had the chance, I suggested a partnership,” says Angela Missoni, creative director of the House of Missoni, “It’s no coincidence that we have called this partnership, ‘Missoni loves Havaianas.’”

 The collection has three, new, fabulous Havaianas designs – two for women, one for men — that combine Missoni’s famous zig-zag patterns with the fresh and bright Havaianas summer colors. Available with both Slim and Top straps, the collection rests on the luxuriously soft soles of Havaianas.

There are only 200 pairs of the “Missoni loves Havaianas” collection available in the Philippines, and each will come inside an exclusively designed Missoni knit bag, made in Italy. Exclusively available at Adora in Greenbelt 5.

Showcased in everything from the prints to the packaging, the limited edition collection features the distinctive white, red and green of Italy’s national colors with the trademark hues of green and yellow of the Brazilian flag.

There are only 200 pairs of the “Missoni loves Havaianas” collection available in the Philippines, and each will come inside an exclusively designed Missoni knit bag, made in Italy.
