A vision of Zen city living nears reality

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The excitement of future residents of The Grand Midori Makati climbs a notch higher as the second and last tower of the condominium development nears its completion.

Dennis Lim, senior vice president of the project’s developer Federal Land, reports that the second tower of The Grand Midori Makati is now 75 percent complete and is primed for turnover in 2014. “Buyers of units at the second tower would be pleased to know that construction is ahead of schedule. They will soon experience firsthand the relaxing yet exciting life of living in a city oasis,” he said.

In late 2012, the units in the first tower of this luxury high-rise residential project were turned over to its owners, who are now enjoying the Japanese-inspired design and lifestyle of The Grand Midori Makati.

In addition to having well-appointed amenities, The Grand Midori Makati will be furnished with centralized LPG piping system through the exclusive services of oil giant Petron Corporation. This move reiterates the proposition of convenience and trouble-free daily living at The Grand Midori Makati.

The development continues to elevate the benchmark for luxury real estate properties by seamlessly fusing subdued elegance with comfort and functionality. It is a product of meticulous planning among a cohesive team of powerful names in the property development sector. A sustainable Zen theme that integrates nature was adopted to provide a distinct balanced lifestyle to its discriminating unit owners.

The design of The Grand Midori Makati is especially appreciated by a market that has a taste for understated luxury. The entrance features an elegant porte-cochère reminiscent of European buildings. The grand lobby and amenity area carry the refined touch of Tange Associates, an innovative architectural firm with notable works spread across Asia. The security measures employed are state-of-the-art, integrated within the overall theme of the complex while at the same time imparting utmost peace of mind among residents.

The two towers of The Grand Midori Makati have 38 levels each. Tower One has 369 residential units while Tower Two has 445 units. Both offer a mix of studio, one- to three-bedroom and penthouse units depending on the requirements or needs of buyers. They share a common podium that houses an array of lavishly appointed amenities such as a lap pool, fitness center, Koi pond, mini theatre, game room, outdoor play area, Zen garden and jogging path.

The Grand Midori Makati is a joint venture between real estate developer Federal Land and multinational financial group ORIX Corporation of Japan.
