Cabalen Cebu celebrates third anniversary

350 calories-and-below meals at Cravings

Cravings introduces holistic and hassle-free eating through their newest menu, Lite Cravings. Cravings partnered with celebrity chef and US-certified nutrition expert and weight management specialist Nadine Tengco in preparing this latest menu offering. “My clients are always in a search of restaurants with nutritious food; now they can go to Cravings and order, for example, the 350-calorie plate — these are also appetizing yet healthy at the same time,” Tengco said of the Lite Cravings menu. For starters, there is the continental salad or Asian salad. For main course there is a choice of fish in olive oil, chicken tandoori, sizzling chicken ala pobre, chicken cordon bleu, crab-stuffed chicken fillet or open-faced light burger. There are guilt-free desserts like the high-fiber banana spice cake or the no-bake sugar-free cheesecake. All dishes are 350 calories or below. The Lite Cravings menu was recently launched in Cravings’ newest branch in Il Terrazzo, on Tomas Morato corner Scout Madrinan Street, Quezon City.
