MANILA, Philippines - It’s all in the wrist this season. Bangles and bracelets are in vogue, and the more statement-making the better. Tory Burch interpreted the trend by covering metal bangles in tinted shagreen and stacking them on the arm. Another eye-catcher was a black leather bracelet that looped around the wrist and ended in a major piece of hardware called a turn-lock. Talk about heavy metal.
