A little trouble in Manila: Mr. Big live in Manila 2017

MANILA, Philippines -  October 12th marked the much-awaited return of the legends as Mr. Big returned to the Philippines for their fourth Manila show at the Kia Theatre on Oct. 12, and found that after all this time, fan were still quite addicted to that rush. With touring drummer Matt Starr, the iconic rock and roll band was in town in support of their latest effort, Defying Gravity, released last July 7th through Frontiers Music.

This time around, Mr. Big sure provided fans with an experience different from all the times they’ve played here before. The whole gig could have been just a blast from the past, performing all their greatest hits, but Mr. Big made sure to play new songs and everyone was all for it. It was around halfway through the show when they introduced Defying Gravity. once again, Manila proved to be an incredible place for Mr. Big to play their beautiful music and ‘til next time, this 2017 concert will be one to remember - a nostalgic and gratifying show for the books.
