RLC delivers strong H1 income results

MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) delivered robust first half results, driven by its diversified portfolio and financial discipline.

RLC reported P7.2 billion in net income attributable to equity holders of the parent during the first semester, up by five percent year-on-year.

Net income expanded by 12 percent to P9 billion during the period, as consolidated revenues reached P25.4 billion, up by 10 percent from the same period in 2025.

In the second quarter alone, RLC’s net income attributable to equity holders of the parent improved by eight percent to P3.7 billion.

Net income for the quarter jumped by 15 percent to P4.6 billion, with revenues increasing by nine percent year-on- year to P13.1 billion.

RLC’s investment portfolio remained the primary earnings driver, delivering stable and recurring income streams.

Its mall segment sustained its growth momentum, while the offices portfolio continued to generate stable recurring earnings.

Both the hotels and logistics segments likewise continued to deliver robust growth.

RLC president and CEO Mybelle Aragon-GoBio said the company’s strong first half performance reflects the resilience of its diversified portfolio and the strategic execution of its growth strategy across all business segments.

“Despite a challenging operating environment, we delivered double-digit growth in revenues and consolidated net income while maintaining a strong balance sheet and healthy cash reserves,” Aragon-GoBio said.

“As we continue to see strong demand across our recurring income businesses and development portfolio, we remain focused on creating long-term value for our stakeholders through prudent investments and operational excellence,” she said.
