'Mabuhay, kita-kits': Jonas Brothers invite Filipinos to upcoming Manila 2024 concert
MANILA, Philippines — The Jonas Brothers are gearing up for their Manila concert next week, the band's first time in the Philippines in over a decade.
Manila will be the band's first stop in 2024 for its ongoing tour celebrating its five albums and greatest hits over the years.
In videos provided by concert promoter Ovation Productions, Kevin, Joe and Nick all shared messages for fans to come see them perform at the Mall of Asia Arena.
"Mabuhay! We're coming to Manila on February 22nd to perform all of your favorites and more. It's going to be a great show and we hope to see you there, kita-kits!" said the brothers.
Each of the videos had some of the Jonas Brothers' songs in the background, namely "Sucker," "Leave Before You Love Me," and "Toothbrush," which is actually Joe's song with his other band DNCE.
The band is expected to perform those songs as well as other hits like "Burnin' Up," "When You Look Me In The Eyes," "Lovebug," "S.O.S," "What a Man Gotta Do," "Paranoid," "Year 3000," "Pom Poms" and "Hold On."
After Manila, the Jonas Brothers will head to Indonesia, New Zealand, Australia, around South America and Mexico, then end the tour in Europe.
The band last visited Manila in 2012 when they also performed in Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City and the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu.
A year after their visit, the band went on hiatus after eight years together then reunited in 2019.
