MANILA, Philippines — "It's Showtime" will not be taking over the Sunday noontime slot of musical variety show "ASAP."

The social media accounts of the popular noontime show posted that "It's Showtime" will maintain its current airing schedule.

“‘It’s Showtime,’ Mondays to Saturdays | 12NN. Sundays | Pahinga po kami,” the noontime show's post read.

The announcement came after social media users speculated that "It's Showtime" will take over the timeslot of "ASAP."

ABS-CBN has yet to announce which show will take over the timeslot of "ASAP."

The network announced that "ASAP" will rebrand as "ASAP XP" and will air at 5:30 p.m. starting May 17.
