Dimples Romana invited as juror for 2022 International Emmys
MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actress Dimples Romana was selected to be a juror for the 2022 International Emmy Awards, of which the awarding ceremony will be later this November.
Dimples officially shared the new on her Instagram account.
"Starting this amazing week with a heart full of gratitude as I share with you one of the many surprise blessings I received these past months!" the actress wrote in the caption.
The "Viral Scandal" star expressed how honored and grateful she was to participate in the 50th International Emmy Awards Competition, adding that she was "super kilig."
She also extended her thanks to the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for the "once in a lifetime experience that has truly inspired my thespian heart."

Dimples called selecting nominees from around the world was an honor and pleasure, and said she was excited for the festivities to be held this November in New York City.
This will be the second time that Dimples will be participating in the International Emmys, having also been a juror for the 2020 edition.
In 2016 the soap opera "Bridges of Love" starring Jericho Rosales, Paulo Avelino and Maja Salvador was nominated for Best Telenovela while Jodi Sta. Maria was nominated for Best Actress for her role in the show "Pangako Sa 'Yo."
Meanwhile last year, "Gameboys" was nominated in the Live-Action category for the the International Emmy Kids Awards, losing to Australia's "First Day."
