Rockwell posts fastest ever sales

MANILA, Philippines - Premier real estate developer Rockwell Land has reported its fastest sales yet for its newest development, the Edades Tower and Garden Villas.

 Named after National Artist Victorio Edades, the father of modern and unconventional Filipino art, the Edades Tower and Garden Villas is a 50-storey residential tower located across the Power Plant Mall and Amorsolo Square.

 Edades launched with a strong start, selling 50 percent of released units on its first month.

 Other developments of Rockwell have also shown similarly brisk sales. Though it was launched only last October 2008, The Grove, Rockwell’s sprawling resort themed development and its first foray into the broader upper middle-income market, has already sold 85 percent of its units and is preparing to launch the next phase of the development early July.

 “Looking at our developments through the years, starting from the West Block Towers up until Edades, there’s a clear upward trend in terms of how quickly units are being sold. Our research also shows that Rockwell has the highest rental yields among residential condominium towers in Makati City, showing that it not only makes a good home but a good investment as well. It’s really a testament to the kind of quality and luxury that we provide our tenants,“ Rockwell Land vice president for sales and marketing Valerie Soliven said.

 Design innovation has been one of Rockwell’s strengths as through the years, it has developed unit designs that are uniquely suited to the lifestyle of its target market.
