One spur-of-the-moment party!

True friends love to throw a surprise birthday party for a dear friend, but in the case of architect and interior designer Chito Antonio, it was the planners who were taken by surprise!  After finding out the plan, Chito decided to hold an impromptu dinner a day before his actual birthday at The Tivoli, Mandarin Oriental, Manila’s fine dining favorite.  Add in a dozen or more of Chito’s closest friends, who gamely came in long gowns for an “Oscar’s Night” themed dinner, and everybody ended up having a ball!  Many thanks to Mandarin Oriental, Manila’s food and beverage director Peter Pysk and communications director Charisse Chuidian and the hotel’s efficient team for whipping up Chito’s favorites with flowing champagne to create a truly festive gathering.  All the best, Chito!
