Ridgewood Premier Hotel to open doors in mid-2024

MANILA, Philippines — Ridgewood Premier Hotel is set to open its doors by the middle of the year, with very few units still up for grabs for prospective investors.

“We are proud to announce that we are set to open Ridgewood Premier Hotel mid-year. We also now have two model hotel suites on site for the appreciation of property investors and aspiring hoteliers,” said Marc Ngo, COO of boutique property developer Novel Residential Concepts Inc., the operator of Ridgewood Premier Hotel.

The hotel’s proximity to Bonifacio Global City – just 600 meters from SM Aura Premier along the C-5 main road – offers budget travelers, event organizers and spillover attendees a convenient place to stay during their meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) activities.
