MANILA, Philippines — Performing a periodic maintenance technical audit is vital to remain cost effective and operationally efficient. Such type of audit for building, infrastructure and production facilities becomes an indispensable survival strategy employed by every well-discerning organization. It is a tried and tested tool for containing the costly exposures to all operations-related risks, while also boosting your competitive edge when you are aligned and compliant to global standards of best practices.

Hiring consultants to do a maintenance technical audit is expensive but necessary. To enable your people to do this on their own, the Center for Global Best Practices will launch a program titled “Best Practices in Maintenance Technical Audit” on July 24 and 25, 2019 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Resorts World Complex, Pasay City.

This intensive and highly practical two-day training will provide attendees with the industry-accepted protocols, methodologies and procedures as a basis for driving the improvement process, efficiency, and allowing organizations to develop an effective maintenance strategy that can maxi- mize reliability, uptime and productivity of one’s facilities. Participants will be guided with the step-by-step process

on the planning, scheduling, preparation of audit reports, and getting a first-hand experience on what goes into the contents of the recommendations of an expert.

This special program will feature international speaker, Efren Manez. He is the author of the ‘Facility Maintenance Management System’ and the newly launched book, ‘System and Performance-Based Maintenance Technical Audit’ practical guidebooks. His expertise and professional work engagements has brought him to many different parts of Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Registration is open to the general public. This program is also highly recommended for building owners, property administrators, village and condominium managers, maintenance engineers and anyone who wanted to learn this topic. Interested participants are encouraged to avail of the early payment savings and group discounts for three or more participants. Seats are limited. Pre-registration is required.
