MANILA, Philippines - Maybank, Malaysia’s largest bank offers ADDvantage Advance — a one year time deposit which pays interest instantly upon placement.

This product not only give a higher effective yield, but also gives the depositor the benefit of opportunities. One may wish to spend, invest and re-invest his or her earnings while the seed money remains intact. No need to wait for the maturity of placements. For a minimum investment of only P50,000, the depositor can immediately enjoy 5.25 percent p.a. (rate as of Feb. 20, 2009) to be credited to one’s current or savings account.
