UFCC derby under way
MANILA, Philippines - The Ultimate Fighting Cock Championships (UFCC) 6-cock derby circuit’s fourth leg gets going today with the lesser lights out to duplicate their surprise run last week at Las Piñas Coliseum.
Longshot entries prevailed in the third leg with Swing 888 Poultry Supply of Tony Marfori and J and B Kaingin of Jojo Cruz emerging as co-champions with five wins and one loss each.
Mayor Nene Aguilar (Aivee 1), Luding Boongaling (LB Candelaria), Charlie Gayoso (CJ March 26 Big Event Calasiao), Anthony Lim (April 29 Big Event Lucena), Eddie Boy Villanueva (Fiscalize), Mr. Brown (Brown), Raymund Burgos (Sta. Maria Abada GR) tallied four victories each to emerge on top last week.
