De Jesus, Sabater top ABC singles

MANILA, Philippines - Romi de Jesus of WeKonstruct rolled a 1300 to rule Group I while May Sabater of Novelle Furniture dominated Group 2 with a 1127 in the Architects Bowling Club’s singles event at the E Lanes in San Juan last week.

Eugene Panaguiton of Emerald Pipes scored a 1249 to place second behind de Jesus while Bryan Soliven of Matson Builders finished third with a 1178 in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Zeny Prudente of Moldex Pipes placed second behind Sabater with a 1039 while Randy Poon of American Wires carded a 1038 for third.

Meanwhile, the event, backed by Boysen Philippines, Boysen Acrytex/Knoxout/Healthy Homes/Wallguard, American Wires, Philflex, Crown Pipes, Glass Asia, Duraflex TW/THHN Wires, Philflex Cables, Emerald Pipes, Concrete Ventures, Consnet Builders, Morning Sun, WeKonstruct, Miraga Trading, Coach Furnitures, Moldex Pipes, Steeltech, Goldbridge Neighborhood Dental, E.S.Vidal Builders, PNS Advanced Steel Tech, Romari Constructions, DN Steel and Matson Builders, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the monthly championship, also at E Lanes.
