Las Piñas taxpayers get 10% discount

MANILA, Philippines — Real property owners in Las Piñas will get a discount of 10 percent when they pay their taxes from Dec. 1 to March 31, 2025.

The local government said taxpayers may pay through the Las Piñas Smart City mobile app. They can also log on to www.cityoflaspinas.ph.

Real property owners can opt to pay in full or through quarterly installments.

The app was launched by the city government, allowing payments to be made in the comfort of their homes to ensure the safety of taxpayers.

Las Piñas Mayor Imelda Aguilar urged new real property owners to submit their records at the city hall “so they will be able to receive official notices and pay the correct taxes on time.”
