Ex-SK chairman slain in knife attack

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan  , Philippines  —  A former chairman of the Sangguniang Kabataan was killed in a knife attack in Cauayan City, Isabela yesterday.

Police said Revin Maloloyon, 26, a resident of Barangay District 1, died while being treated in a hospital.

Initial investigation showed the victim and his friends had an argument with the group of Prince Aldrin Felipe in the parking lot of a bar in Barangay Fermin, at around 2 a.m.

A manhunt for Felipe and his three companions is underway.
