ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines - A marine sergeant, a paramilitary member and two others were arrested during a raid in a shabu-infested village here past midnight Friday, according to police official.

Police Superintendent Ariel Huesca, commander of the Zamboanga City Public Safety Company, identified the arrested suspects as Sgt.
