Iloilo town's No. 1 fugitive falls

MANILA, Philippines - Police have arrested the No. 1 wanted person of Calinog, Iloilo, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Monday.

The PNP said policemen nabbed Ariel Mendoza Castor, 34, of Barangay Cahigon last Saturday. Castor is wanted for a murder case.
 
Authorities were armed with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Egardo Catilo of Region Trial Court branch 23, Iloilo City.
 
Castor is now under the custody of the Calinog Municipal Police Station.
