MANILA, Philippines – No one really has thought much about the south until they encounter that one college blockmate who always goes home early from the party. Last Oct. 3, People Footwear and Herschel Supply Co. brought “Fashion Punctuation” to Alabang Town Center. Six different fashion styles were personified by online influencers such as Melissa Gatchalian, Rhea Bue and AJ Dee in a mini-fashion show. They completed their looks with accessories from the new collections of People Footwear and Herschel Supply Co.

For many southern kids, oversized shirts, short shorts and sneakers were all they ever knew until they reached college. And even after they’ve seen how it is on the other side, they’d still gladly go back to basics.
