Mooncakes by Marco Polo

MANILA, Philippines - To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila offers two flavors of traditional handcrafted mooncakes. Enjoy the classic and all-time favourite White Lotus Paste with Double Yolk or the delectable Mixed Nuts with One Yolk, both encased in an intricately designed golden brown skin. These mooncakes are flown in straight from Hong Kong and packaged in simple yet classic red boxes. The mooncakes are priced at P888 net per piece and P2,888 net for a box of four. Available until Sept. 27 at Café Pronto, a casual coffee shop located at the ground  floor of the hotel or at Lung Hin, the authentic Cantonese restaurant located at the Continental Club floor of the hotel. Café Pronto is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. while Lung Hin is open for lunch from 11:30 a..m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 to 10:30 p.m. For orders, call 720-7720.
