To enhance its guests’ "Fraser experience," Fraser Place Manila, Makati’s newest luxury serviced residences, has come up with a variety of lifestyle packages that will give its long-staying residents additional comforts of home.

For the businessperson on the go who needs to be constantly in touch with his or her local and international business prospects and partners, Fraser designed the Home Office Package. Apartments are provided with a laptop computer with MS Office program, modem, free Internet access, fax machine, diskettes and a start-up stationery kit (pencils, paper clips, ruler, stapler, scissors and post-it pad). With these in place, the businessperson is equipped to conduct business from the comfort of his or her home at any time of the day.

Fraser always goes the extra mile in making the expat family feel at home. For the in-house Fraser babies, there are two Kiddie Dream Packages that will delight every age group and keep them busy. The package for infants to five-year-olds brightens up the tykes’ room with bed sheet, quilt and pillowcase in lovable teddy bear patterns, a study lamp, a playpen, playing mats, building blocks, baby bathtub, portable safety bed-rail, potty, night light and door guard.

Children aged six to 10 will be kept warm and snug with their matching bedsheet, quilt and pillowcase in classic children’s prints, a night light, a study table and chair, monthly supply of six selected children’s videotapes, board games, puzzle, books and comic books. Of course, when restlessness creeps in, the children can always go down to the Day Care Center for a different kind of stimulation, plus the chance to interact with other in-house children.

The Asian Kitchen Package and the Homemaker’s Package will bring out the cooking whiz in the single expat or the lady of the house. The Asian Kitchen Package will let them whip up their favorite Asian delights with the help of an Asian cookbook, wok, multi-steamer, slow cooker and deep fryer. They can then serve their piece de resistance on a Chinese dining set and have a relaxing after-dinner cup of steaming Chinese tea served in a Chinese teapot and teacups.

The Homemaker’s Package, on the other hand, provides them with the must-have kitchen equipment like the food processor, cake mixer, juice extractor, blender and various baking utensils that will inspire them to serve their favorite gourmet meals to family and friends.

Each Lifestyle Plus Package is priced at P4,000 net per month. Similar lifestyle packages are also available in other Fraser properties in Singapore, Seoul and London.
