MANILA, Philippines - Celina Francesca de Gracia, daughter of Dr. Virgilio de Gracia and Dr. Evelyn de Gracia, married Juan Carlos de Borja, son of Dr. Wilfredo de Borja and Dr. Maria Martha de Borja, last Aug. 30 at the Manila Metropolitan Cathedral-Basilica. Reception followed at the Raffles and Fairmont Hotel Makati. The bride wore a Nolie Viñeza creation in embroidered Mikado silk with cut beads, sequins, and stones.
