Senate spouses play Santa at SM

MANILA, Philippines – Christmas came early for the children of the Tahanang Mapagpala Foundation when members of the Senate Spouses Foundation treated them to a day of fun, food, and shopping at SM Megamall. This annual joint project of SM and the Senate Spouses Foundation, Inc. is held in cooperation with Wendy’s and Jollibee. Senate spouses Eloisa Fernan, Mila Drilon, Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano, Audrey Zubiri, Jane Honasan, and Ma. Victoria Guingona played moms for a day to the 52 kids. Representatives of Cristina Ponce Enrile and Louise Araneta-Marcos joined them, and SM Retail president Tessie Sy Coson and VP for marketing Millie Dizon welcomed the group. After a brunch at Wendy’s the kids went around SM Department Store with their assigned senate spouse, who shopped with them for clothes, toys, and accessories.
