Animals rule at Zoobic

-

MANILA, Philippines - Have a close encounter with colorful birds perched on tree branches and be delighted by their bright colors and melodius chirping. Guest can feed the fastest and biggest birds on earth — the ostrich.

There’s more to Zoobic than just the ostrich. There are lots of animals and plants that are endemic to the Philippines. Among the animals are the binturong, porcupine, butaan lizard, python, macaque and others. The plants and trees that are on display are narra, anahaw, sampaguita, kamuning, and others.

Be amaze at Zoobic’s garden maze that features various small animals.

Visitors will experience the thrill of adventure when they go through the labyrinth — which features different kinds of animals and plant varieties — and be able to find their way out of it.

In the Barn, visitors get to experience first-hand bottle feeding baby farm animals such as goats, sheep and pot-bellied pigs. And, just as is typical for tourists, picture taking is welcome. Have aphoto with a camel, an alpaca or a miniature horse.

You can also get a glimpse of the unique collection of preserved and stuffed real animals. Take a closer look at the mousedeer, palm civet cat, black celebes ape, palawan red squirrel, and many more.
