Anne Curtis crosses paths with ‘Pursuit of Jade’ star Zhang Linghe
MANILA, Philippines — Filipina actress Anne Curtis became the envy of many C-drama fans after striking a pose with "Pursuit of Jade" star Zhang Linghe at the Gucci Core show in New York’s Times Square on Sunday, May 17 (Philippine time).
Anne’s photos and videos with Linghe circulated online after the fashion show, which was staged by Gucci creative director Demna to showcase the Italian fashion house’s Resort 2026 collection.
“Beautiful chaos. What a crazy experience watching Demna’s Gucci Core show dead smack in the middle of Times Square. Cool cool. Insanely cool,” Anne wrote on her Instagram carousel of photos from the Gucci show.
Anne also took a photo with Korean star Lee Young-ae, the actress behind the cult-favorite historical Korean drama "Jewel in the Palace."
The drama is considered one of the early drivers of the global Hallyu, or Korean Wave. It was a hit Tagalized show that aired on GMA-7 in 2005.
Apart from Linghe and Young-ae, Anne also had a photo with Thai star Mai Davika Hoorne.
