Binibining Pilipinas 2026 Top 36 sizzle in swimsuit, Filipino weaves
MANILA, Philippines — Genesis Lanuza Durana, a 29-year-old pharmacist from Caloocan City, has replaced Nicole Sobria of Makati as Candidate No. 3. The latter has left the competition due to personal reasons, and thus unable to continue her journey to the next level of the pageant.
Meanwhile, the Top 36 Binibinis showed poise on the Lagoon runway of Gateway Mall 2 wearing Dia Ali swimwear by Justine Aliman.
The delegates also wore Terno-sleeved boleros over denim pants as prelude to Araneta City’s partnership with the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Textile Research Institute (DOST-PTRI) in support of Filipino weavers, as well as promote indigenous textile traditions for a modern audience.
