Bulgari sparkles at the Oscars

MANILA, Philippines - Celebrities gave Bulgari its own shining moment at the 84th Academy Awards. Glenn Close, nominated for Actress in a Leading Role for Albert Nobbs, wore the jewelry house’s earrings in white gold with round brilliant-cut diamonds (18.09 cts) from Bulgari’s High Jewelry collection.

Presenter Tina Fey wore earrings in platinum with 16 oval-cut blue sapphires (47.36 cts) and 16 mixed-shape emeralds (2.94 cts), and a ring in platinum with one sapphire (15.10 cts), emeralds (3.60 cts), and baguette diamonds (0.66 cts).    

Jonah Hill, nominated for Actor in a Supporting Role for Moneyball, wore an 18kt white gold ring from Bulgari’s Parentesi Revolution collection.                               

Demian Bichir, nominated for Actor in a Leading Role for A Better Life, wore 18kt and diamond cufflinks and shirt studs from Bulgari’s High Jewelry collection.

Dita Von Teese attended the Elton John party wearing 18kt white gold and diamond earrings, an 18kt and diamond (53.14 cts) Serpenti bracelet, and an 18kt and white gold ring with five pear-shaped diamonds (four-plus cts), all from Bulgari’s High Jewelry collection.

Ziyi Zhang also attended the Elton John party wearing Lucea white gold long earrings with two Tahiti pearls, four Akoya pearls and pavé diamonds (1.0 cts); Parentesi Openworks bracelet in 18kt white gold with pave diamonds; and a Monete clutch in bronze karung.
