A night with Frank

It was a trip down memory lane for everyone at the “Frankly, I’m Back” dinner-concert held at the Grand Ballroom of Dusit Thani Manila.  It was top-billed by English singers Richard Shelton as Frank Sinatra with Nigel Miles-Thomas as Peter Lawford from the famed Rat Pack. The Sinatra magic brought to mind many beautiful memories of evenings spent in cigar smoke-filled nightclubs and soirees that featured jazz quartets and smartly dressed gentlemen in hats. Seen enjoying the set menu of Norwegian Salmon and US Beef Tenderloin and the timeless music of The Chairman were Philippine Hoteliers Inc. president and vice chairman Evelyn Singson with her husband Jimmy, Dusit Thani Manila general manager Alex Willats and wife Claire, Ambassadors Yohanes Kristiarto Legowo of Indonesia, Massimo Roscigno of Italy, Menashe Bar-on of Israel and Ton Boon von Ochssée of the Kingdom of the Netherlands with their respective wives.

It was good to feel young again.  Looking forward to more superb entertainment from Dusit Thani Manila!
