MANILA, Philippines - Dream on no more as the local concert scene will fire up at the Mall of Asia Arena on May 8 when Aerosmith takes center stage in the historic Manila leg of their 2013 World Tour.
In an interview with STAR’s Igan D’Bayan, Vernon Go, Pulp Magazine publisher and Pulp Live World president, said, “It is for our country a landmark that will be indelibly stamped in our history. And those who witness it will carry with them one of the great memories of our time.†Aerosmith, composed of lead singer Steven Tyler, guitarists Joe Perry and Brad Whitford, bassist Tom Hamilton and drummer Joey Kramer, has never performed in Southeast Asia and Manila is the first city in the region to experience the highly anticipated rock event of the year.
