This innovative approach to healthy hotel cuisine aims to provide guests with a low-fat gastronomic selection to encourage healthy eating, today’s preferred lifestyle choice among global travelers. Tuna nicoise, salsa sea bass, poached pears and a low-fat crème brulee are just some of the many healthier and more creative dishes featured in the ala carte menu of Tosca restaurant and room service.

Fine ladies from Manila’s A-list society stay in touch with one another through constant get togethers. Recently, the group led by the gracious Minerva Tanseco feted the amiable Carrie Bautista to a luncheon at the Manila Polo Club during one of her visits to Manila. It was one memorable afternoon indeed as everyone enjoyed catching up and sharing stories over a delectable Spanish buffet!
